WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?
We are based in Hickory, North Carolina.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We ship from many different manufacturers, both here and internationally. Because of this, if you order multiple items, they may arrive separately.

WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR PRICES IN? 
All product prices listed are in US Dollars.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER OR SHIPPING STATUS?
A tracking number may not always be available for International orders, because some of our manufacturers ship via China Post and sometimes tracking is only available internally.    While this can be annoying, this is one of the reasons that we are able to keep our costs down.  Faster shipping that includes tracking can sometimes cost upwards of $30 an item!  Please be patient, it will be well worth the wait.  

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Absolutely!  We are proud to ship worldwide.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It's best to allow 15-25 business days for delivery to the US (unless it says otherwise  in the product description), and 25-50 business days for international orders. These times may vary  but this is the average.  It depends on a few factors: for example, what you purchased and if it happens to be holiday season. 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from several different overseas manufacturers so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please drop us an e-mail with your name and order number and we'll follow it up for you.

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?
Delays can be caused for a number of reasons.  They could be due to customs clearance, logistics holdups, holiday season, and other factors.  Please understand that this may at times be out of our control.  Please be patient, but understand that iIf your order doesn't arrive, we will issue you a full refund without hesitation.  

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you are planning to give one of our items as a gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when they are required. Allow plenty of time to ensure you won't be disappointed, but please note that  we are not responsible for items that do not arrive before a deadline. 

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please e-mail us immediately if you wish to cancel or change your order. Orders MUST be cancelled or changed on the same day they are made before processing.

 Once the item has been processed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

WHAT'S WITH THE "VALUE" ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY PACKAGE?  IT"S WAY LESS THAN WHAT I PAID!

This is actually a bonus!  We're pretty lucky to have a great relationship with our suppliers, and the prices shown on your  package will usually be different from what you have paid.  Usually what our supplier's fulfillment center would do is to mark extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.

Please note that it is your responsibility to use your correct address.  We do not offer refunds if an incorrect address has been entered by the customer.
